If your product is faulty within the warranty period detailed above, please notify us as soon as is reasonably possible. We shall in the first instance, repair or replace the individual faulty component. If a repair or replacement is not available a full refund will be offered, in the form of a credit to your account. All Serenco own branded product, including but not limited to Powerhand and BOXO will be supported for a period of two years after the product has been made obsolete, this includes goods sold with limited lifetime warranties. A proof of purchase must be supplied with any returns which are being claimed under warranty.
The following will not be covered under warranty:
• Faults arising from fair wear and tear, abuse or misuse.
• Goods altered or used for purposes other than those for which they are intended.
• Faults arising from neglecting to follow manufacturer’s instructions or usage guides.
• Consumable items including but not limited to those branded ‘Force’, screwdriver bits, drill bits and blades
